Our previous garage lift system was very noisy and we did not have any ability to Control the door or view the door remotely through an app. We now have that and it is excellent peace of mind. We can check on the door to confirm it’s closed. We can also open it for guests that are visiting our house or dropping something off. I was amazed at how well they were able to match the strip of concrete that was unfinished to the existing garage floor. The lighting was amazing in the sense that it looks great and the illumination is incredibly improved. Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Fernando and his company.
